Panels

Outer surfaces are electrostatic powder painted and cold shaped, Trapezoidal sectioned galvanized steel sheets in 0.73 mm thickness supported with galvanized and/or painted steel structure having enough capacity for side load carriage. Inner surfaces are 8 mm melaminated chipboard.

Roof

Top surface made of 0.53 mm thickness unpainted trapezoidal sectioned galvanized steel sheets and inner surface made of 8 mm melaminated chipboard are supported with statically suitable steel frame designed according to the requested specifications isolated with glasswool.

Chassis

18 mm chipboard is fixed onto the steel frame of which bottom side is covered with 0,53 mm unpainted trapezoidal sectioned steel sheets. Chassis frame design is based on the user specifications. Polystyrene foam is the isolation material used inside the chassis.
