The Modular building system provides high quality, semi-permanent accommodation, which can be enlarged or reduced at short notice. The modules are delivered by lorry, and craned into position onto simple 'pad' foundations. The units are open-sided modules (except gable ends) that bolt to one another to form large open plan areas of space.
Flexible: The addition of further units can be implemented at any stage after the initial installation, giving the client the choice of reducing, enlarging or relocating at very short notice.
We can further enhance the aesthetic appearance of the building by providing a pitched, tiled roof and offering a choice of external claddings (including brick) so that the building will blend in perfectly with its local surroundings.
Simple Installation: Extraspace take all the worries out of your hands, from initial layout and design, to foundations, installation and connection to the main services. In a matter of days the building can be installed and fully operational, or dismantled and relocated.
The modules can also be double stacked, and can incorporate the very latest in internal fixtures and fittings. Indeed, almost anything that can be installed in a traditional permanent building can be incorporated into a modular building.
