A lot of our products are re-sited and used again and again, which is exactly what they are designed for.

Of course, over the years there can be a lot of wear and tear on a building and the purpose and use-age of a building can also change. For example, maybe when you first rented or purchased your 'jackcab' unit, you used it as an office, but now you would like to use it as a canteen, a washroom or as a... well you get the idea.

So at Extraspace we provide a refurbishment service, where if we cannot do the relevant service or refurbishment work on site, we will collect (if appropriate) and return the unit to our factory and carry out the requested work with our reliable team and then, when you are ready, we will re-supply your unit and re-site it ready for your use.
