Inland Homes decided for the first time to use a modular, off site, construction for their marketing suite to present a new housing development in Southampton.
Extraspace along with KBA Marketing Ltd worked along side the Inland Homes team to produce a fantastic Marketing Suite along with a fully completed show apartment.
Modern in it’s outlook, it created an airy, bright and welcoming environment to ell new properties on the banks of the river Ichen.
With a deadline to meet, a grand launch of the site, the building was ready with minutes to spare !
It’s always nice to be involved early in a project as it makes it much easier to produce something that meets your clients desired specification.
