Walls
The standard exterior finish to all units is high performance resin based textured paint. Plastic coated steel is an optional extra. (Colours from the standard HP200 range).
Interior Finish
Vinyl faced plasterboard insulated with 80mm mineral wool. Alternative finishes are available if required e.g; EGB50, ‘V’ grooved plywood, plastic coated steel.
Floor Loadings

Floor Construction
Floor frames are of timber, timber and steel or steel according to the size and required use of each unit. Standard floor decking is 18mm high density chipboard, OSB or plywood where units have a wet area or may be subject to heavy loads. Where appropriate, all timber is treated with wood preservative. Floors are finished in heavy duty vinyl with welded seams ensuring a complete and durable bond. Standard insulation is 60mm mineral wool, protected by heavy gauge black polythene.
Roof
All units incorporate a durable heavy duty roof covering of rubberised blanket (Hypalon or similar), laid over OSB boarding fixed to timber rafters with plastic ‘squareline’ downpipes and guttering. All units are lined with 4mm vinyl faced plywood and insulated with 80mm mineral wool.
