Another project completed and a happy customer.
@southernsheeting required more office space. After a few site visits and discussions regarding what they wanted, we produced technical drawings and multiple designs. The final was a 16 bay modular build.
Groundwork got underway and we constructed the flat pack modules here in Lingfield at our depot to ensure minimum disruption. Outfitted with airconditioning, double glazing and wall partitions. Once we had the ‘nod’ we loaded the individual bays on our transport via forklift. Upon reaching site they were craned into position and bolted together. All waste connections and electrics were then connected and tested. Railings and steps were added as the build went along giving access and fire escapes.
Overall we think the final look is pretty impressive.
