We’d like to say a big thank you to Bellway homes for this commission. It’s been a great project. With challenges to push the boundaries, and hurdles to be lept over. We smashed the boundaries and jumped to the skies. The fantastic end result is clear to see.
Externally, the inital challenge was to clad in a weather proof material, utalising sustainable materials, but being able to be painted in brand guideline colours, large glass facades, illuminated signage and an external iron stair case as a fire escape. Security was important but needed to be hidden, so a large roller shutter was installed but hidden away from view. The landscaped gardens give the customer a tranquil and peaceful entrance leading to the building. With carefully selected scrubs, plants and trees. Wooden lighting posts introduce the sustainable living ethos from the start.

With 2, 3, 4 and 5 bed luxury properties avaliable, the intial outset was to get the marketing suite up and running. Extraspace were drafted in to supply and install a 2 level showcase space to do this. Located at the entrance of the development, the site opens outward, widening as you travel through, past large plots with tree lined roads.

The above site plan is copyright to Bellway Homes and shows the scale of this development.

With a clear vision for the homes internals, the design of the marketing suite had to have similar feels. With herringbone wooden floor, carefully selected wall colours and wall paper, hanging lights and selected plants give a homely sense of well being. All complimented by waves of nautral light flooding in from the large glass fascade. The spiral staircase was carefully selected not only to save space but to also give a sense of escalating to another level.

With a luxury kitchen installed, including a double oven, selected pendant lighting, illuminated glass cabinets, further brand guidline colours and herringbone flooring carried on from the ground floor. Floor to ceiling drapes continue to flood the natural soft lighting blanketing the furniture keeping the colours soft and warm.

Further selected glassware, mirrors, sanitaryware, and decoration ensure that the luxury vibe continues throughout.
With the large volume of insulation present in the building ensures that the rooms are warm through the winter months, yet cool in the summer. With all the glass however it could get a little toasty in the warmer months, we installed multiple air conditioning units. Just in case.

Luxury wall papers were chosen to fill the large blank walls. This shot shows how it continues up the internal staircase walls going full length between the 2 levels. This also played a role to ensure the continuity flowed from the ground floor up to the first floor. You really would’nt be able to sense that this in fact was 2 seperate units bolted together.

Do you have a large scale project coming up that demands a personal touch, a premises to showcase your development. Or office space where you might be thinking of a short term fix? Extraspace can help you achieve this. To save you money yet still be home from home.
